Collaborative Conference

GICITE is proud to collaborate with InnoVision 2026 Conference in Spain, whereby all our registered participants can access to this conference as an 'observer' and witness the conference presentations and engage in networking. A special letter will be issued to all GICITE participants for this purpose.

The purpose is to optimise networking opportunities and observe more research outcomes. GICITE focusing on Innovation and Emerging Technologies, we are indeed delighted to work closely with similar elite conferences such as InnoVision 2026 -ICBTCF.

Process

• Once your submission is accepted at GICITE, you will be receiving an Invitation Letter for your Visa / Institutional Leave / record purpose

• A special Letter will be issued to participate at InnoVision 2026-ICBTFC as 'Observer'

• There will be NO fee to attend InnoVision 2026-ICBTFC as 'Observer' if gone through GICITE, however, if you are willing to attend in-person in Madrid, please make sure to coordinate directly with the organizers regarding any potential on-site hospitality supplement and local arrangements.

• RyanAir operates between Madrid to Berlin with a flight duration of 3 hours.
